Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of CVSuite.ai, provided to you through your university or organisation. By signing in you agree to them and to our Privacy Notice.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 13 to use CVSuite.ai. This is our own eligibility rule; participating organisations must not enrol anyone under 13.
  • You may sign in only with an email address belonging to a participating organisation.
  • Access uses a single-use, time-limited magic link. Keep access to your email secure; do not share sign-in links.

Acceptable use

  • Provide accurate information and use the service for your own job applications.
  • Do not attempt to access other users' data, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or disrupt its operation.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. Do not upload other people's content without explicit permission.
  • Do not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the service, and do not resell it or create derivative works from it.

AI-generated content

Some features use AI to analyse jobs and assist with your CV or applications. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete - review and edit it before relying on it. You remain responsible for the content of your CV and applications, including truthfulness, accuracy, completeness and outcomes.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you enter. You grant CVSuite.ai the permission needed to store and process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Notice. You can export or delete your data from your Account & privacy page after logging in.

Intellectual property

CVSuite.ai, including its software, design and branding, is owned by CVSuite.ai and its licensors. These terms grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service through your organisation for the purposes described; no other rights in the service are granted.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as is” basis during this phase and may be updated, changed, suspended or withdrawn as the product develops. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be shown above, and material changes may need to be accepted again at sign-in before (continued) use. Please note the “last updated” date.
